Meet Nikki: Founder and CEO of Revitalize Infusion, LLC, a skilled nurse with years of experience in intravenous access. Nikki is an accomplished professional who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, a Master’s Degree, a Clinical Nurse Specialist certification, and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. With a strong background in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) nursing and education, she is an exceptional leader who brings her wealth of expertise to ensure an exceptional hydration experience.

Dr. Jonathon Rosaasen, M.D., serves as the Medical Director for Revitalize Infusion, LLC. Additionally, Dr. Jonathan Rosaasen and his wife Dr. Amanda Rosaasen run Rosaasen Family Medicine, a facility specializing in family and aesthetic medicine in Thousand Oaks, California. This esteemed practice serves patients in Ventura County and the wider Los Angeles area.
